Elevating Dröm UK’s Digital Presence with a New WordPress Website

When Dröm UK joined the KLAFS family alongside Guncast, it was clear that both brands needed a strong, unified online presence. We began the process with an in-depth UX workshop, where we collaborated closely with Dröm UK to define their goals, build trust, and demonstrate our expertise in the spa and wellness industry. With Guncast’s site already underway, we set out to elevate Dröm UK’s digital presence without losing the distinct identity that makes them unique.

Refreshing Dröm UK’s brand identity was an important part of this journey. To align more closely with Guncast and the group, we updated the logo, moving from purple accents to a more elegant gold. The previous site, though functional, didn’t fully capture the level of luxury or meet today’s web standards. Our goal was to create a new WordPress site that not only looked the part but also empowered Dröm UK’s team to take control, keeping the content fresh and relevant.

Building an Immersive WordPress Website for Spa and Wellness Brands

The project kicked off with the UX workshop, where we set the foundation for enhancing Dröm UK’s online presence, showcasing their expertise, and highlighting their UK showroom – one of the few places in the country where you can experience a full range of functional wellness products. The need for professional imagery was clear from the start, as Dröm wanted to bring their people and craftsmanship to the forefront.

We approached the design with more than aesthetics in mind; it was about crafting an experience. The site needed to guide visitors naturally from exploring the luxurious offerings to getting in touch, especially since Dröm UK’s sales process is largely consultative. High-quality visuals played a key role in inspiring visitors and helping them envision these wellness solutions in their own spaces.

We continued to support Dröm UK closely, addressing any initial issues and transitioning them onto our support plan – ensuring the site remains secure, up to date, and running smoothly.

Today, our partnership extends beyond the website. We’re actively involved in Dröm UK’s ongoing digital efforts – from managing social media and creating blog content to optimising SEO.
