Our brief was to provide a complete website refresh in line with strict Citizens Advice identity which includes a wide range of services and focus on the user experience.

User Focused
We ran a user workshop at the start of the project to help define the wide range of users and what their varied needs are. This user profiling was referenced throughout the strategy, design and development phases.
Features
There are a number of features designed for user privacy and experience. For example, it features a “site escape” button so users can quickly leave the site if they worry about people entering the room.
